Flexible partition allow for the Accelerator space to continually change. The flexible floor plan of the Accelerator Space allows for short-term leases to be restricted or unrestricted within certain areas while always being easily divided and sub-divided. Through construction methods that allow the buildings to physically change and adapt to the needs of the users, the design creates reconfigurable spaces that not only provide short-term optimization but also allow it to continually renew itself. I anticipate this multi purpose approach will sustain the diverse needs of Jiu Jie and its community long into its future.
